Acoustic Ladyland record new album

Monday, April 10, 2006

Acoustic Ladyland are in the studio mixing a new album for release but the group at the moment are finalising a new record deal.

It's unlikely that the as yet untitled album will be released on the group's existing label, Babel, for which Acoustic Ladyland has recorded two albums, Camouflage and Last Chance Disco. All the material already recorded has been written by saxophonist Pete Wareham. The new album's producers are Robert Harder, who has worked with Whitey, Soulwax and Babyshambles and Paul Epworth (Bloc Party, Goldfrapp, Maximo Park and The Streets).
