The British jazz star has announced an extensive UK tour this autumn which includes a headline show at the Royal Festival Hall
British jazz piano and vocal star Jamie Cullum has announced an extensive UK tour this autumn that includes a special headline show as part of this year’s EFG London Jazz Festival, at the Royal Festival Hall on 22 November. The pianist and broadcaster is the first name to be confirmed for this year’s EFG London Jazz Festival which runs from 15 - 24 November at a huge number of venues, clubs and performance spaces across the capital.
With a career spanning over 18 years, Jamie Cullum is renowned for his incredible high-energy live shows. Playing festivals to intimate venues, and sharing stages with luminaries such as Herbie Hancock, Kendrick Lamar, St. Vincent and Lang Lang, he’s established himself as one of the most dynamic and versatile performers in the industry. The pianist and singer’s major label breakthrough albums Twentysomething and Catching Tales garnered critical acclaim and earned him BRIT and GRAMMY nominations, while Twentysomething received its special 20th anniversary debut vinyl release in October 2023.
Last year’s EFG London Jazz Festival marked its biggest turnout to date with over 100,000 audience members and a record-breaking number of sold out shows. Across its 10 days and nights, the festival brought together a multitude of renowned London venues, world class artists and a whole host of events for music lovers of all ages and backgrounds.
