Renowned UK-based Swiss guitarist Nicolas Meier has kept himself busy and his fans entertained during lockdown since April with his weekly livestreamed concerts from his home-garden studio, and he plans to build on this success with an inaugural Live Streaming Guitar Fest with some 15 guitarists on 12 sets performed between 3 and 13 December.

Those appearing include many top UK-based players and Meier himself lines up in duos with his longstanding tour partner Pete Oxley and Carl Orr, plus his World Trio of percussionist Demi Garcia and six-string bassist Kevin Glasgow.

The high-calibre line-up is as follows: The Nicolas Meier World Trio (8pm, 3 Dec); Carl Orr & Nicolas Meier (8pm, 4 Dec); Chris Allard & Ross Stanley (2pm 5 Dec); Pete Oxley & Nicolas Meier (8pm 5 Dec); Ant Law & Chris Montague (2pm, 6 Dec); Clement Regert & Maciek Pysz (8pm, 6 Dec); Dominic Ashworth & Dave Suttle (8pm, 10 Dec); Dave Preston & Kevin Glasgow (8pm, 11 Dec); Pete Roth & Laurence Cottle (2pm, 12 Dec); Hannes Riepler & Oli Hayhurst (8pn, 12 Dec); Matt Chandler & Nicolas Meier (2pm, 13 Dec) and Nigel Price & Giorgio Serci (8pm, 13 Dec).
