Seven Van Morrison Reissues Set For January Release

An extensive Van Morrison deep catalogue mid-price reissue programme by Polydor is set to begin in January. Tupelo Honey, It’s Too Late To Stop Now, Wavelength, Into The Music, A Sense of Wonder, Avalon Sunset and Back on Top are the albums slated for release with a further 22 albums to follow over an extended period in three batches.
Each album has been remastered with improved sound and in the case of one track, the title track of Back On Top, given a new mix. Bonus tracks include an alternative take of ‘Wild Night’ from Tupelo Honey, a spirited performance from 1974 of ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ added to the classic live double album It’s Too Late To Stop Now and a previously withdrawn ‘Crazy Jane on God’ added to the 1984 album A Sense of Wonder.
