The 1970s funk Tower Of Power legends are back to full power following pioneering funk bassist Rocco Prestia’s successful liver transplant last year, making the rhythm section one of the greatest in the history of funk and the horn’s are still on song, especially when they grind through ‘What Is Hip’.
