Sheila Jordan has often worked with solo bass, from Steve Swallow to her current duo with Cameron Brown, and this pairing with Harvie S from 1990 is a good example, though for those who find her pitching a shade problematic, having no chordal instrument occasionally creates a kind of aural seasickness.
