Jazz breaking news: Terence Blanchard, Eric Bibb, Charles Bradley and Arun Ghosh announced for Love Supreme Jazz Festival

Shaping up to be one of the biggest and brightest new jazz festivals of recent years the Love Supreme Jazz Festival, which is presented by Jazz FM and runs from 5-7 July at Glynde Place, near Lewes in Sussex, has confirmed top US trumpeter Terence Blanchard (pictured left), blues guitar star Eric Bibb and 64 year-old soul sensation Charles Bradley and His Extraordinaires are all set to appear.

Greetings groovers you’ve woken up to UNESCO International Jazz Day – so make it happen where you are – and don’t forget the Ode To The Human Spirit gig tonight at the SGI-UK South London National Centre, Brixton with a multitude of UK jazz stars – including singers Lianne Carroll and Randolph Matthews, trumpeters Noel Langley, Yazz Ahmed and Sean Corby, saxophonists Julian Siegel, Martin Speake, Tony Kofi and Jason Yarde among many, many others – all lining up to mark the occasion.
